Your Tasks

  • You make decisions about operational activities and set strategic goals together with a team of Directors
  • You plan and monitor the day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth operations
  • You supervise employees and give constructive feedback
  • You coordinate and manage Major Projects from Tender to Sales & Operation and coordinate among different departments
  • You regularly evaluate the efficiency of business processes against organizational goals and take improvement measures
  • You manage sales processes and coordinate material and resource allocations
  • You monitor key customer service procedures and take action to improve customer satisfaction
  • You review financial information and adjust operational budget to increase profitability
  • You revise and/or create policies and promote their implementation
  • You maintain relationships/agreements with external partners/suppliers
  • You assess the overall performance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics
  • You ensure the company’s legality and compliance with applicable regulations

Your Profile

  • You have proven experience as Director of Operations or in a similar position
  • Alternative: You are experienced in Senior Manager Positions in Operations and Sales
  • You have excellent organizational and managerial skills
  • You have excellent communication and social skills
  • You have knowledge of legal regulations and Broadcast Industry guidelines and standards
  • You have in-depth knowledge of various business functions and principles (e.g. sales, supply chain, finance, customer service, etc.)
  • You have working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operational metrics
  • You are familiar with MS Office and different business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant media field; master’s degree is considered a plus
