Team Lead Machine Learning (m/f/d) AI

Your Tasks

• You will lead the existing AI team that takes care of the data pipeline, model design, training and inference
• You are actively involved in the further development of the product
• The team works at the pulse of time with the latest generative models for image, video and audio
• They rely on the latest frameworks and tools
• It is important to the team that every developer has an overview of the entire user experience and can make as many decisions independently as possible

Your Profile

• You have a proven track record to productize state of the art technology
• You have strong academic or industrial experience in machine learning
• You have practical experience in distributed training, profiling and optimization of large scale machine learning architectures
• You are familiar with the latest AI research (Diffusion models, Transformers, VQ-GAN etc.)
• Strategic thinking on the choice of technologies is a requirement
• You are experienced in hiring and managing a team
• You have very good English language skills; German is a plus
