Global OT Process & Security Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You will be responsible of the correct application of all modern security measures within the company’s industrial and production environments
• You will design and roll out global operational technology (OT), Industrial IoT (IIoT) and supply chain cybersecurity strategies, governance, and operating models within the OT area in cooperation with all local OT colleagues in the production companies
• You will work directly with the local OT responsible within the production companies in regards to OT security tasks, guiding them in all OT Security initiatives in their companies, assisting them to achieve compliance with group directives and rules related to OT Security and understanding, assessing, prioritizing and mitigating their OT Security risks (Software, Hardware, Vendor or third-party, Data and Business continuity risks)
• You will co-design and co-implement Corporate IT and Corporate Business Applications the core security components and solutions in OT (network segmentation, security reference architecture, security monitoring, vulnerability management, etc.)
• You will visit factories and plants to conduct discovery and information security risk assessments in OT environments and estimating the financial impact of a cyberattack on OT environments
• You will foster OT global hardware and software standardization where possible and applicable
• You will assess third-party vendors in their ability to build and deliver secure OT applications and systems, with the target to minimize the potential attacks surfaces
• You will follow, assess and advise the Security Board on new and emerging cyber threats

Your Profile

• You have a technical background in a production environment, good observational skills, problemsolving skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• You can communicate on a high production related technical and IT level
• You have the ability to understand concepts and tools to identify and protect information assets in large organizations
• You like traveling between the production companies globally
• You are passionate about the subject of cyber security and have experience in industrial security (ICS/OT and/or IoT)
• You have a good knowledge in the areas of information security, risk management and compliance in a production environment
• You have a good knowledge in the field of computer vulnerabilities, hacking methodologies and techniques, and of the current cyber security frameworks and standards
• You are experienced in conducting technical risk and vulnerability assessments
• Ideally, you have hands-on experience in security design and implementation experience on one or more of the OT vendor solutions such as Nozomi networks, Tenable OT, Fortinet, etc.
• You have knowledge and experience (designing, commissioning or maintaining, securing) with ICS systems: SCADA, EMS, DCS, or PLC and experience in supporting or troubleshooting industrial protocols such as ProfiNet, EtherNet IP, etc.
• GICSP and CISSP certifications are desirable
• Fluency in English is mandatory, German would be considered a plus
