Your Tasks

  • You take full accountability for site operations and service fulfillment in line with contract scope, SLAs, and quality standards
  • You drive best-in-class operations and continuously seek cost optimization opportunities
  • You implement and foster continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and TQM
  • You work closely with Sales and Business Development to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
  • You define, manage, and optimize the site’s organizational structure to ensure operational efficiency
  • You oversee and enhance KPIs, productivity, resource planning, and headcount dimensioning
  • You recruit, train, develop, and lead both blue-collar and white-collar staff
  • You implement new customer programs in coordination with Division Project Managers
  • You conduct P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and monitor commercial performance
  • You maintain high employee motivation and ensure team alignment with business goals.
  • You ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and legal standards
  • You manage facility operations and represent the company during customer reviews and site tours.
  • You handle HR, Finance, and Administrative responsibilities relevant to the branch
  • You support the development and execution of strategic plans to secure sustainable, long-term growth

Your Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering Economics, or a related field. Alternatively, you bring extensive hands-on experience in operations management that compensates for formal education
  • You possess a strong background in service operations, ideally within the logistics or technology service industrie
  • You have a proven track record of leadership across both blue-collar and white-collar work environments
  • You have experience managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities and thriving in performance-driven settings, with a focus on metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs
  • You are familiar with shop floor management tools and experienced in designing or redesigning service processe
  • Experience in business development and managing customer relationships is considered a valuable asset
  • You demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage change effectively and build cohesive, high-performing teams
  • You possess excellent communication and decision-making abilities, enabling you to lead with clarity and confidence
