Your Tasks

  • You support the sales markets in the CEU region to make the right customer selections and target audiences for the activity based on globally available segment structures in Adobe & SAS (e-mail, push, rewards, on-site – and eventually targeting in other media channels)
  • You support in verifying sizes and relevance of the segments and audiences
  • You support in setting up the right test approach for hypothesis coming from the customer engagement, media and commercial teams
  • You follow up and present findings and recommendations of the tests on a short- and long-term basis
  • You learn new tools and ways of testing media and message effectiveness towards target groups
  • You support in creating understanding of media performance and effect
  • You manage and use the existing CRM customer segment structure to identify locally relevant audiences based on the global available CRM segment structure & strategies
  • You support in identifying targeting customer segments where there is a potential for activities to increase customer engagement, sales or profitability
  • Point of contact on targeting and testing between regional organization and global functions (i.e. Customer selection/CRM, BI, Global Analysis teams)
  • You actively learn and co-operate with global teams on how to apply targeting strategies and tools to increase customer relevance and media effectiveness
  • You share insights with other areas/regions and to global

Your Profile

  • You have a university degree in statistics, economics, engineering or related field
  • You have knowledge, skills and interest in business and customer analysis
  • You have strong data management skills – analytical, structured, ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions
  • You have leadership capabilities and communicational skills to get your message
  • Working in SAS, SQL, or other programming is a prerequisite for this role
  • Working in PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization tool is highly meriting
  • E-commerce or marketing experience is highly meriting
  • Working omni is highly meriting
